Votran 21 runs through the City of Deltona and begins its outbound route at the Market Place Shopping Center.  It then runs down Enterprise Road and on to Deltona and Normandy Blvds.  The route also runs through Providence Blvd, Newmark Dr, Montecito Ave, Howland and Fort Smith Blvds.  The route technically ends at the Walmart in Osteen.  Waverly Media provides bus benches for ridership convenience at all bus stops along route 21 including but not limited to Market Place, Deltona Plaza, the corner of Providence and Normandy, the Methodist Children's Home, Providence/Tivoli, and the Walmart in Osteen.  For a complete bus schedule and map for Deltona route 21 please visit Votran.org
